Just a quickie,

Can you buy white replacement door handles,
side strips on the outside of the car,
and pre-sprayed mirror caps.

if so, where from???

also just out of curiosity, has anyone got any of the above or any other white C2 accessories for sale?

The side strips and door handles can be painted, Simon did so on his Furio and looked quite good. I'm sure he'll post a pic later :)

how hard is it to do? and how would you get the door handles off?

easy as pie mate to paint that is. Simon will also put a pic of how to take the door handles off too lol.

he just will! :P

as for painting, slide them off (there is a catch hole on them that stops them comming off which you need to unclip), sand them, prime them, color them, lacquer them.

In a nut shell.

yeye, iv done a photoshop version,
only rough at the moment, but it looks real nice :-D

The side stripes on the doors, just slide off the car towards the front wings, you may need to get a few replacement clips but these are just a few pence from citroen.

The rear wing one pull off, but this will def. break the clips, again a few pence from citroen.

I found that once I reinstalled them they rattled abit, but a few blobs of clear silicon on all the clips before installing sorted that out.

I luckily bought mine off ebay and they were already painted in white, but if you want to spray yours then simply sand them down a little and then apply a few layers of white paint and then a few layers of laquer.

I painted my mirror caps white as well, I used plain bright white model spray paint from a model shop then added a few layers of car laquer.
