Hi, i have a c2 gt, with a full exhaust system including forebranch. the top lamber sensor was blanked off. The car has never seemed to run right and was s**t slow. So put standard forebranch, cat, and exhaust on and both lambers back where they should be. Thought this would sort it but never seems to run right. its really bad at spluttering and even looses all power at road ends and when at traffic lights. Anyone had this problem or know what this could be? Is it my cat or one of the lambers, or could it even be the K&N filter??

first off you should have put the top lamdba sensor in, the second one at the bottom needs to be blanked and the sensor screwed into a sleeve as for the continued spluttering is your engine management light on?

Had my c2 at a garage today and had it on the computer which showed no fault. My garage is five mile away and it seemed a lot better on the way back. Only seems to be really bad when its cold. Could this be the K&N filter? does anyone have a standard airbox for sale or does anyone know the best place to get one?
cheers baz
